This policy describes how the WashX Car Wash website handles your information. The short version: we only collect what you type into one of our forms, we use it to help you, and we don’t sell it.
What you send us
When you fill in a form on this site, we receive what you enter:
- Contact form — your name, email, phone number, WashX location, topic and message.
- Fleet program application — your company and contact details, business address, and details about your vehicles.
- Fundraiser application — your group’s name, what you’re raising money for, your location, goal, and a contact name, email and phone number.
- Fundraiser purchases — the buyer’s name and email, so we can send the wash codes.
We use this only to answer you, set up and run your fleet plan or fundraiser, and deliver what you bought. It is stored with our hosting provider and, when we forward a message to our inbox, sent through an email delivery service. We don’t sell it or share it for advertising.
Cookies and logs
This site sets no cookies for visitors and runs no advertising trackers. The only cookie is a strictly necessary sign-in cookie for WashX staff using the staff area. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability; those logs are not used to identify you.
Page analytics
We measure how many people visit each page so we know which parts of the site are useful. This is done with Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it stores nothing on your device, does not use your IP address to build a profile, and does not follow you to other websites. What it records is the page visited, the referring site, and coarse details such as country, browser, and whether you are on a phone or a desktop. It also counts a few actions: taps on buttons such as Join, Call, Directions or our social links, which FAQ questions are opened, use of the savings calculator, and when a form is sent successfully (never what you typed into it). None of it identifies you, and we cannot use it to single out an individual visitor.
Services we link to
Some actions on this site take you to services operated by other companies, which have their own privacy policies:
- FlexWash — membership signup and checkout happen on FlexWash, not on this website.
- Hello Wash — the WashX member portal (your plan, loyalty points and wash history) is run by Hello Wash.
- Google Maps — directions links and our reviews listing open on Google.
- Facebook and Instagram — our social profiles.
We encourage you to review those services’ policies before providing them any information.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we add features that collect more information about you, or anything that sets a cookie for visitors, we will update this policy and, where required, add a consent notice before those features go live.
