Membership questions
How does the Unlimited Club work?
Pick a wash plan and pay one monthly price, then wash whenever you want, as much as you want. Plans run from $24.99 a month (XPRESS) to $44.99 a month (XXX).
Does my membership work at both locations?
Yes. Every Unlimited Club plan works at both WashX locations, in Fallston and in Aberdeen.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes. You can manage your plan, update your payment, or pause your membership anytime in the WashX member portal. Memberships renew monthly until cancelled.
Is an unlimited car wash membership worth it?
If you wash twice a month, yes: on every plan, two single washes cost more than a month of unlimited. For example, XPRESS is $24.99 a month, and two single XPRESS washes are $26.00.
Can I add more cars to my membership?
Yes, with a Family Plan. Pay full price for your first vehicle, then add more family vehicles for $19.99 a month each. Log in to the member portal, click Manage Membership, and request an additional vehicle.
Do you offer prepaid plans?
Yes. A 6-month prepaid plan costs the same as 5 months (1 month free), and a 12-month plan costs the same as 10 months (2 months free).
